Fusion-io Selected a Best Place to Work in Survey

SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) today announced that anonymous employee reviews have placed the flash memory leader among Glassdoor's top rankings of the Best Medium-Sized Companies to Work For in 2014.  Ranked out of thousands of companies in the mid-sized companies segment, the accomplishment showcases strong employee satisfaction at Fusion-io. The achievement follows upon Fusion-io's recent ranking in fourth place on the Deloitte 2013 Technology Fast 500 Rankings, which assesses the fastest growing technology companies in North America.

The Glassdoor Best Places to Work Employees' Choice Awards rely solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies through the anonymous online company review survey. The Glassdoor survey includes both quantitative and qualitative questions designed to capture a genuine and authentic inside look at the work environment within specific jobs and companies. The survey asks employees to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors such as career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values. The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is a technology awards program that ranks companies throughout North America.
