Time running out to apply for some small-biz loans

One source of funds for small businesses is going away soon. You only have until the end of September to apply for an SBA 504 loan under a temporary program that lets small businesses refinance eligible fixed assets without requiring an expansion of the business. MarketWatch Radio's Adrienne Mitchell gets some advice for potential borrowers from Jeanne Hulit of the Small Business Administration.
