BOSTON, July 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund (NYSE: EOI) (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect William H. Park, Ronald A. Pearlman and Harriett Tee Taggart as Class II Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term, and Scott E. Eston as a Class I Trustee, to serve out the Class I term. The Fund's remaining Class I and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
