EMC Corp. Outbids NetApp for Data Domain (EMC, NTAP, DDUP)

IT services company EMC Corp (EMC) submitted a higher acquisition bid than rival NetApp (NTAP) for deduplication specialist Data Domain (DDUP) Tuesday.
