Supreme Cuisine Catering, LLC is announcing its custom menu offerings for the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. The Southern foods and Texas barbeque caterer is featuring select offerings this year from its expanded menu.
Owner Nicholas Denman says in addition to the traditional holiday turkeys and hams as the main dishes, Supreme Cuisine Catering is offering deep fried turkeys, Thanksgiving fried lobsters, an array of main seafood dishes, as well as Cajun selections.
“We are really aiming to please the customer more than ever in the year of 2020,” Denman says, “Since it’s even a tough year on a few different fronts for the whole nation, we want to make sure people can really take comfort in our food as they try to get together this holiday season with family and friends.”
Supreme Cuisine Catering is a family-run operation that opened two years ago when Denman’s father took on catering contracts for schools and senior citizen residences. Denman says he himself has been cooking since the age of 13, when he learned at the hands of his father, mother, and aunts. “I practiced how to cook collard greens, bake pies, deep fry, and do BBQ,” he says, “And I’m always eager to share new cuisines and flavors with people.”
Supreme Cuisine Catering exclusively provides off-premise catering at the location and venue of the client’s choice. The company’s service area spans Texas and Louisiana. Future plans for Supreme Cuisine Catering, LLC are to open a food truck as well.
