Intracorp snaps up nearly a full block in South Seattle for townhome project

In 2019, Seattle saw the delivery of 1,078 of the tall, skinny homes, a 43% increase over 2018. Six-hundred seventy-five units have been delivered so far this year, according to the Department of Construction & Inspections.
