High Return Real Estate Sees Surge In Property Leases Since April, Despite COVID

Indianapolis-based real estate investment company sees surge in leases with shorter lease-up times in spite of COVID-19-induced economic effects

(PRUnderground) July 27th, 2020

While the novel coronavirus has caused many segments of the economy to falter, High Return Real Estate LLC reports that its on-market inventory has been reduced by 48% since April and 25% since June.

High Return Real Estate LLC is a turnkey property investment company providing investors around the world with high-yield, low-maintenance investment opportunities. The company buys up properties in bulk, offering them to investors at deep discounts. High Return then rehabs the properties, and their property management partner handles tenant placement, upkeep, and rent collection. The result is a powerful, hassle-free stream of passive income for investors.

Jeff Schechter, High Return Co-Founder and CEO, said that while some economic forecasts predicted that property rentals would nosedive, they have done the exact opposite.

“Demand has been very high for our rental properties since April, and it isn’t letting up,” said Schechter. “Spring and summer are always good for real estate, but the market is performing even better in 2020 than we’ve seen in past years.”

Schechter said that current tenants haven’t been jolted by the fallout from COVID-19. “Even in situations where people have lost their jobs, unemployment benefits are keeping cash flowing and people are continuing to pay rent.”

High Return Real Estate LLC is also reporting faster lease-up times than usual with 31% of on-market units leasing in less than 21 days over the past month.

Schechter attributes this to limited property inventory. “In the areas where our homes are, demand is outpacing supply, and people are signing leases quicker than they have at this time in recent years.”

Schechter said that with rental properties moving fast, it’s a good time for investors to consider real estate, not only for robust short-term yields but for long-term stability.

“Real estate has outperformed the stock market 2 to 1 since 2000, and it tends to be shielded from other market fluctuations,” said Schechter. “There’s a lot of concern right now about what the market is going to do in the future, and real estate has historically shown to be a very safe investment.”

Schechter founded High Return Real Estate LLC along with Jack Gibson. They offer their investors the same proven strategies that have helped them successfully acquire more than 100 turnkey properties that generate some of the highest passive rental income yields in the real estate investment space.

High Return properties were well-equipped for COVID-19 even before the pandemic began, with advanced, self-showing technologies that allow people to see all aspects of properties even if they can’t tour them in person.
