WINNIPEG, Canada – TCF West, one of Canada’s largest epoxy flooring companies, is delighted to announce that they have been successful in their latest tendering bid. The company faced fierce competition from numerous industrial flooring companies across Canada. TCF West had to meet and exceed several key qualifying points, and demonstrate a history of successfully completing work of a similar size and complexity.
TCF West will now be working in Portage la Prairie for the Roquette Corporation of France. In conjunction with the contractor Hatch, they will help build Roquette’s largest pea processing facility in North America. The job will involve installing approximately 55,000 square feet of Sika Purcem 22 NA polyurethane cement system at ¼” thick.
“We are thrilled to win such a prestigious contract, and it is testament to our fantastic staff and the work they have completed previously, which helped deliver success with this bid,” said Michael Rosenblat. The competition was fierce, but we have the experience and the knowledge to demonstrate our skills and expertise on such a complex project. Specifically, we focused on our demonstrable project management ability to deliver on such a large and complicated job, and our extensive job resume, focus on safety, and our 100% success record on large projects such as this. This contract will help to drive the company and brand forward towards an even brighter future.”
TCF West has grown into one of Canada’s most respected flooring contractors and surface prep companies. In 2013, the company opened its first independent western office in Winnipeg, started by Toronto Concrete Floors and Michael Rosenblat. Michael purchased the western office outright in 2015 and continues to bring innovative and creative solutions for which the company has become known.
