STChealth has formed a strategic alliance with three other firms to assist employers with their return to work strategies.
(PRUnderground) June 11th, 2020
A strategic alliance between STChealth, Bridge Purchasing Solutions, Newmark Knight Frank and CuraLinc Healthcare has been formed to provide a national comprehensive return-to-work program for employers.
The workplace is an important intersection of individuals’ health, wellbeing, safety and productivity. This alliance works collaboratively to deliver a coordinated, effective Employer response to COVID-19, powered by an aggregate of leading healthcare, tech and commercial real estate expertise.
The Strategic Actions for Employers (SAFE) Program empowers organizations to create a culture that protects employees and enables them to do their best work in the midst of COVID-19.
The SAFE program has four fundamental components:
- Test and Trace powered by STChealth and Bridge: Provide employees with digital payment cards for FDA-authorized COVID-19 tests and track results and overall workplace immunity in real-time dashboards.
- Workplace Wellbeing powered by CuraLinc Healthcare: Help employees manage COVID-19 by providing resources for related anxiety, including family stress, worksite concerns and financial hardship to improve overall employee quality of life and ultimately, individual productivity.
- Culture Creation powered by Newmark Knight Frank: Turnkey executive and HR management considerations for new social standards while at work, along with step-by-step policies for reopening safely.
- Continuing Communications: Digital access to resources to keep the workforce protected and up-to-date on COVID-19, designed to inform while reducing fear.
The results of the SAFE program, when activating these components, will provide businesses the tools to protect and prioritize their most valuable assets: their people.
