Jim Riley will transition to a new role as chairman of the board.Since 2016, Tim had been preparing to take over leadership of the company while serving as Vice President of Operations. With a deep background in electrical engineering, manufacturing plant design, and management, Tim has also displayed a passion for entrepreneurship since he began his career.
