Charlotte multifamily trade association names new executive director — its first in 30-plus years

Kim Graham has been named executive director of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, replacing Ken Szymanski, who is retiring at the end of the year after serving as executive director of the GCAA for 32 years. Graham will assume her new role on Dec. 1.
