Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) brokered the purchase this week of a 1,500 acre dairy farm for $5.3 million.

The farm, located in DeSoto County outside of Arcadia, was sold by Brighton Dairies to a major citrus grower. The buyer plans to convert the farm to a citrus grove.

Jeff Cusson, a CBCSRE agent located in the firm’s Vero Beach office, represented the buyer in the transaction.
