"We Are Not Done" Now Available on Amazon. A step-by-step guide to becoming your best self

RICHMOND, Va. & MIDLOTHIAN, Va. - Dec. 8, 2017 - PRLog -- Linda Alexander, NSCA-CPT has announced the launch of her first book titled 'We Are Not Done' which focuses on what it actually means to live a healthy lifestyle and becoming your best self.

This book is a guide to help show women simple, proven strategies to finding balance in their everyday life through mindset, movement, and nutrition.

"My goal in writing this book is to provide realistic practices for women seeking to become their best self, helping them to make positive changes for an overall healthy lifestyle balance, for themselves and their families.

Unfortunately, even with all the information out there, people are still confused. However, one factor most experts don't take into account is something we all have in common; the struggles in life that often hinder us in finding that perfect balance.

"One of the things that connect us as women, and as human beings, is that we all struggle with something at various points in our lives, and often it has nothing to do with one's weight. Transformation is about much more than just a number on a scale."

"Over my last three decades as a professional coach, I've seen way too many people give up on themselves before the real, life-changing transformations begin to unfold," said Alexander.

There will be two "meet the author" and book signing events that will be held on Tuesday, December 19th from 7-9 pm and again on Saturday, December 30th from 9-11am at the Oxygen and Iron Personal Training Studio location at 208 Heaths Way Rd., Midlothian, Virginia 23114. This event is open to the public.
