Transformative North End project commended by Charlotte council but questions remain

ATCO Properties & Management plans to upfit several industrial buildings to accommodate 1.5 million square feet of office, 200,000 square feet of retail and services, 80,000 square feet of eating and drinking establishments, 65,000 square feet of light industrial space, and 1,500 multifamily units.
