New York, August 15, 2016 /3BL Media/ — Taproot Foundation announces the election of new Co-Chairs Kellie Krug and Sarah Mankowski to its Board of Directors.
Kellie Krug joined the board in 2014, serving most recently as the chair of the Development Committee and has been an active member of the Marketing Task Force.
Sarah Mankowski joined the Taproot board in 2014, serving most recently as the Chair of the Governance & Nominating Committee and has been an active participant in the HR Task Force.
Kellie leads the Wholesale Marketing department, a division of Marketing at Wells Fargo. Prior to Wells Fargo, Kellie worked at Charles Schwab, Visa, and a number of national retailers, and served as CMO at Common Sense Media, a nonprofit organization committed to helping parents and kids make smart media choices. In addition to her work with Taproot, Kellie has been active with the Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign, SF Boys & Girls Club, and American Heart Association.
Sarah is a strategic, results-oriented HR professional with proven success in various industries and environments, including financial services, consumer package goods, and manufacturing. Most recently, Sarah was the Senior Director, Human Resources Consulting for Capital One. Sarah is an active community member and, in addition to her work with Taproot, is involved with Girls on the Run and PAWS Chicago.
