ASCC Thanks Shareholders for 2015 Growth in Open Letter Released Today

The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC) Interim President Chris Less published the following open letter to the company’s shareholders today, looking back on 2015’s success and ahead to the company’s growth in the coming year.

Dear Shareholders,

I take over as Interim President of the Aristocrat Group Corp. at the end of a very exciting year for our company and it’s flagship product, Ultra-Premium Handcrafted RWB Vodka. Two years and 19 medals after RWB Vodka’s launch, the made-in-the-USA spirit is now the most awarded domestic American vodka. Currently, RWB Vodka is available in almost 300 retail outlets and upscale on-premise accounts in Texas. To date, the company’s geographic focus has been on Texas, one of North America’s largest and best markets for vodka. But with recent launches in Louisiana and Canada and upcoming distribution plans for California, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Nevada, the brand is on its way to becoming a significant force in North America’s growing spirits industry. To boost distribution further, ASCC engaged Texas Top Shelf, an beverage alcohol distributor with a strong logistical backbone nationwide. That deal will allow the company to expand its brand presence in some of North America’s most crucial distilled spirits markets, and the development of distribution partners will reduce the cost of delivery while expanding the sales footprint for both RWB Vodka and future brands.

In addition, ASCC is currently in negotiations to acquire or partner with Famous Brands, LLC, a Texas-based firm with a portfolio of 17 distilled spirits brands. A potential acquisition of Famous Brands would significantly increase ASCC’s revenues in 2016 and beyond.

Strong brand marketing has been key to ASCC’s growth over the past year. The company will continue to promote our distilled spirits through its partnership with rising country music star Curtis Braley, including sponsorship of his U.S. tour in the new year. The RWB Vodka-wrapped Radical SR3-RS racecar has won podium placement in every race that it competed in. The RWB Vodka radio campaign, which was initiated before Christmas of 2014, has been continued throughout the most part of 2015 on ESPN radio and has resulted in increased visibility of the brand. Our marketing efforts behind RWB Vodka and other brands will expand and continue in 2016.

The growth of the company is on track to duplicate the successes of similar-sized companies that launched distilled spirits brands in the recent past, such as Tito’s Vodka and Deep Eddy Vodka. We will continue to expand our product portfolio by introducing Big Box Vodka, due to be launched early this year. Distilled from Idaho winter wheat using a continuous, four-column process, Big Box Vodka will feature innovative packaging designed for maximum convenience and portability, making the product the perfect choice for spirits consumers on the go. With the addition of the new distributor, both vodka brands will finally be given the domestic and international exposure they rightfully deserve. The future of Aristocrat Group and its subsidiaries looks bright as we continue to grow our footprint in the domestic and international spirits markets.
