New Distribution Deal Allows ASCC to Increase Brand Presence in Important Markets

The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCQB: ASCC) secured a new distribution deal this week that will allow the company to expand its brand presence in some of the nation’s most crucial distilled spirits markets—-beginning with the Lone Star State.

“One of the biggest factors in our decision to sign a new distribution deal with Texas Top Shelf, LLC, was that the company is based in Houston,” said ASCC CEO Robert Federowicz. “The vodka industry has exploded in Texas in recent years, with Deep Eddy Vodka and Tito’s Handmade Vodka leading the way. The market there is very strong and it’s located in the middle of the country, making it the ideal staging point for expansion across North America.”

ASCC’s new deal with Texas Top Shelf will immediately increase the number of trucks, warehouses and salespeople servicing the company’s top brand significantly. For the first time, Ultra-Premium Handcrafted RWB Vodka will soon be warehoused across the state of Texas, and available on- and off-premise in energy-rich West Texas. The deal will also cover distribution of Big Box Vodka, the new distilled spirit from ASCC scheduled for release in 2016.

“Texas Top Shelf is a fully integrated third-party distributor, and they’re going to help us put RWB Vodka into more stores, bars and restaurants than ever before,” Federowicz said. “Once we’ve saturated all of the major markets in Texas, we’ll begin increasing our efforts in other parts of the U.S. and Canada, as well.”
