SunEdison, Inc. Research Reports
On September 10, 2014, SunEdison, Inc. (SunEdison) announced that Google Inc. (Google) has agreed to provide equity financing of $145 million for the Company's Regulus solar plant, which will be SunEdison's largest project in North America, upon completion. The Kern County, California-based plant, owned by TerraForm Power (majority owned by SunEdison), will begin operation later in 2014, and will supply power to Southern California Edison through a 20-year power purchase agreement.
