Each of the seven videos in the series is designed to be performed in a small space, such as a hotel room, using nothing more than the objects and furniture commonly found there.

Series creator, Leah Garcia, is an accomplished athlete and fitness expert. She and her team of certified trainers lead the viewer through a variety of workouts designed to match individual fitness objectives, mood, energy, and ability levels. Titles in the series include: Cardio Stretching, Total Body Workout, Sport Fit, Pilates and several others. All will be available to hotel guests to view on-demand on SuiteLinq’s In-Room desktop computers and networked LCD televisions this fall, joining a growing list of entertainment and informational content available to guests at SuiteLinq installed hotels and similar properties.
