SLU Product Safety Course: Compliance, Risk Assessment, Chemicals, Media Strategies, Sustainability

The course deals with the nuances of change and globalization in the product safety arena, and the options available to leaders of this area within their companies. PRLog - May 22, 2013 - ST. LOUIS -- Saint Louis University has announced its 2013 Advanced Product Safety Management course that convenes on-campus September 23-27. Topics taught by leading authorities include: domestic and international compliance and regulatory trends and issues, risk assessment best practices, managing chemicals in consumer products, and social media strategies for brand protection.

The new course has been designed by Saint Louis University's Center for Supply Chain Management Studies for product safety professionals in the fields of engineering, risk management, compliance, behavioral sciences, quality assurance, product integrity, and product safety management. The course is designed to deal with the nuances of change and globalization in the product safety arena, and the options that leaders of this area within their companies have at their disposal.
