CIRCOR's CFO Announces Intention to Retire at End of 2007

BURLINGTON, Mass., June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIRCOR International (NYSE:CIR) announced today that Kenneth W. Smith, the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is retiring from the Company effective December 31, 2007. Mr. Smith has served the Company as CFO since April, 2000.

David A. Bloss, Sr. the Company's Chairman and CEO said "Ken has made significant contributions to the success of CIRCOR during his seven year tenure with us.
