BRANFORD, Conn., April 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CAS Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CASM) today announced that the Company will release first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2010 on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 before the market opens. The Company will host a conference call that same day at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Participants on the call will be Andrew Kersey, President and CEO, and Jeffery Baird, CFO.
